Why this evolution?

Following the June 2024 survey in which many of you took part, we gathered your opinions, analyzed your needs and worked intensively to improve e-Signature.eu. Your feedback has been crucial in guiding this major evolution.

From 2026 onwards, e-Signature.eu will reach a new milestone with a complete upgrade that includes the features you’ve been asking for: more signing methods, more flexibility in signatory management, and an optimized interface to save you even more time.

This evolution responds to three major needs expressed by our users:

• Geographic expansion: Signing up partners in countries not covered by itsme®, notably in Eastern Europe and the Balkans.
• Workflow control: manage the order of signatures and monitor progress in real time
• Cost optimization: Adapt the level of signature (and therefore the rate) according to the type of document.

Why Evrotrust is changing the game

Evrotrust is a Bulgarian Qualified Trusted Service Provider (QTSP) recognized as an EU-notified electronic identification system. Its coverage of 58 countries, with particular strength in Eastern Europe (Ukraine, Moldavia), the Balkans (Serbia, Montenegro, Albania) and Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Georgia), fills a geographical gap left by itsme®.

Veriff: The solution for global reach

Veriff offers an advanced signature (AES) covering 198 countries. Without the cumbersome identity verification of QES, it enables rapid use at a reduced rate (0.7 credit). Ideal for commercial documents, purchase orders or NDAs that do not legally require a qualified signature, and for single signatories in Asia, Africa or the Americas.

Advanced Signatory Management

Signatory Groups: Control the Order

Define an initial group of signatories who will sign, which is useful for complying with approval processes.

Example: For an acquisition contract

• Group 1: Financial managers (sign in parallel)
• Group 2: CEOs of both companies (after Group 1 validation)

Modification of contact details

Easily correct an incorrect email or phone number. Modify a signatory’s contact details directly from your dashboard, even after the request has been sent, without affecting other signatories.

Automatic Notifications and Reminders

Receive an instant email every time you sign. The system also sends automatic reminders to signatories who have not yet signed, increasing your completion rate without manual reminders.

Optimized pricing by level

Non-qualified methods benefit from a reduced rate, allowing you to adapt your budget according to the level of security required:

• QES (itsme®, Evrotrust): 1 credit/signature
• AES (Veriff): 0.7 credits/signature
• SES (OTP email): 0.4 credit/signature

Save up to 60% per signature for documents not requiring QES.

To make this ambitious development a reality, we have chosen a new technical partner renowned for its quality and high-performance infrastructure. This change will enable us to offer the new functionalities you expect, while maintaining the security and eIDAS compliance standards for which e-Signature.eu is renowned.

Your Experience Remains Familiar

We’ve taken particular care to preserve your ease of use. The user interface will remain very similar to the one you know:

• Same menu navigation logic
• Same signature request creation process
• Same dashboard to track your documents
• Intuitive integration of new functions

If you’re comfortable with the current e-Signature.eu, you’ll be just as comfortable with the 2026 version. No complex training is required.

Your Credits and Data Are Preserved

Good news: all your existing credits will be automatically transferred to the new platform and will be available for use from January 1, 2026. You lose nothing in the migration.

Signature requests initiated in 2025 remain valid and can be finalized up to January 31, 2026. Only signed documents may be downloaded before February 28, 2026.
